Will a photoshoot be expensive?
The cost of a photoshoot reflects the time taken and skills needed both during the photoshoot and then the post processing afterwards to produce personalised artwork of your treasured 4 legged family members.
There are no hidden costs here, all enquiries will receive a full product price list prior to confirmation of a booking.  Products range from small prints and digitals up to large pieces of wall art, the choice is yours and there is never any pressure to purchase additional images.

Where does the photoshoot take place?
Most pet photoshoots take place at a couple of places local to me in the Harpenden area but they can be almost anywhere, as long as the pet is happy in the environment.
If you have chosen a studio session then these take place at my home studio in Harpenden.
Equine photoshoots usually take place at your yard but again as long as you can get your horse to an area and it is safe the photoshoot can take place anywhere.
For all location you have chosen please make sure any permissions needed have been granted.

My horse/pet will not sit still?
This is absolutely ok. Most images have someone holding the horse/pet on a lead that I can edit out. I will also ask you to if possible bring someone with you that can help with this. The helper can either hold the pet/horse while you get their attention or the other way around especially if you are going to be in the images. I will talk you through all of this.

What if the weather is bad?
I will keep track of the weather forecast and if it is looking dodgy I will contact you and we will make a decision together. If the weather is too bad for the photoshoot to go ahead we will rearrange another date.

I have 3 dogs is that ok?
That is no problem. Any number can be included as long as they all live together and are happy and comfortable around each other.

Can I or my family be in the photos?
Yes of cause, you and your immediate family are very welcome to be in the photos.

What should I bring to the photoshoot?
I will always ask you to bring someone with you if you can. They can help get you and your pet/horse ready, hold the pet/horse if needed and help get their attention where I want it.
Some treats or a favourite toy are also very useful.
You can also bring any accessories/items you might like in the images.

My pet/horse is very nervous is this ok?
I will always allow time for your pet/horse to get used to me and my camera/equipment. There is never any pressure on your pet/horse and we will only do what they are happy doing.
Their welfare always comes first.

How do I see my images?
After the photoshoot I will edit the images before uploading to your private online viewing gallery. This usually takes about 3 weeks. I will send you a link to your password protected gallery where you can choose your included print and any others you might want to buy.
Your gallery will be live for 30 days this gives you plenty of time to choose your images. After this time there will be a small fee of £30 to reactivate your gallery.

How long do you keep my images?
Once your gallery is no longer live I will archive it but due to the nature of digital images I can not guarantee I will be able to access them in the future.

Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes I sell gift vouchers. These can be personalised to your needs.
